Ordering options
You can order our products either by Internet, fax or post.
By Internet using-Ordering by Internet- or fax or post using
the form -Order form-.
Order confirmation
Order confirmation is normally sent by e-mail. Please enter your e-mail address
on the order form..
Shipping
Normally shipping is made by Surface Mail or Air Parcel Post.
Freight
charges are in accordance with the current national Postal rates.
Delivery time
Our ambition
is to deliver ordered products within five working days.
If an ordered item is out of stock,
we will inform you of the expected delivery date.
Returns
We will gladly exchange, replace or credit unused items, but we will not be
responsible for postal/delivery costs in either direction.
Reclaims
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, for any reason, simply return it to us, within 14 days.
We will replace the item, or send you a prompt refund.
If the product is damaged in transit,
please inform the receiving Post Office.
